Official Terms & Conditions (Sweepstakes Rules)
1. Eligibility:
The Kings Grand Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the state of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside within the Flush King Air service area. Employees of Flush King Air, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on [04-15-2026] at 12:00 AM MST and ends on [09-01-2026] at 11:59 PM MST (the “Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Method 1: Automatic Entry with Purchase. Customers who purchase and complete the installation of a qualifying new AC Unit, Water Heater, or Water Softener from Flush King Air during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter without making a purchase, neatly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), valid phone number, email address, and the words “Kings Grand Giveaway Entry” on a 3″ x 5″ index card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Flush King Air, ATTN: Kings Grand Giveaway Entry, [Insert Your Business Physical Address]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 09-01-2026 and received by [09-04-2026]. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household.
4. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
If the winner entered via Method 1 (Purchase): The prize is a refund check equal to 100% of the final purchase price of the qualifying unit installed during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum value of $[Insert Max Value, 10,000].
If the winner entered via Method 2 (Mail-in): The prize is a check in the amount of $5,000.
*The prize is non-transferable. Any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [Insert Drawing Date] from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, or fails to sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, and hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
7. General Conditions:
Flush King Air reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
