THE LOST TREASURE OF $2 TED

1. If you’ve found the treasure certificate. Please contact Flush King Air at 602-691-6700 and ask for $2 Ted.

2. You can also email treasure@flushkingair.com. We will ask that you send us a picture of yourself with the container, certificate, and tracking chip to verify you have the original in your possession.

3. To claim the $1,000 in two-dollar bills, you must bring the certificate, the original container, and the tracking chip to your scheduled in-person meeting with a Flush King Air representative. You have 30 days from the date we notify you of your win to complete this process. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no extensions will be granted.

4. We will require you to sign a general release & media waiver as part of the terms to claim the $1,000.00 in $2 bills.

5. You will be on video with a Flush King Air representative and this will be used for promotional purposes for the company.

6. If you do not wish to be filmed or are unwilling to sign our general release/media waiver, you will become ineligible to claim the prize.

7. By redeeming this certificate for the prize provided by Flush King Heating and Air LLC, an Arizona-based company (the “Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Acknowledgment of Risks: You confirm that your participation in locating and claiming this prize in the mountains or desert involved inherent risks, including but not limited to extreme heat, dehydration, hazardous terrain, wildlife encounters, getting lost, or other environmental dangers.

8. You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss incurred during the search or redemption process.

9. Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to the prize search, redemption, or use, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.

10. Prize Terms: The prize is provided “as is” with no warranties.

11. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value unless stated.

12. You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with the prize, including reporting to tax authorities.

13. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions or claims by third parties related to this prize.

14. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

15. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

16. By redeeming this certificate, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) and voluntarily accept these terms.

18. By redeeming the redemption certificate, you become ineligible to claim another prize in the Company’s treasure hunts for one calendar year from the date of signing the general release and media waiver.
